Offical Tentacle Haters
http://wholewheatradio.org/wiki/index.php/Artists:The_TentaclesListener Comments
I find pretentious "art" like this boring, trite and the mark of an immature wannabe. Truly creative people who want to express something to the wider world and then hide behind chemically induced fantasy do nothing. Being a drunk does not confer creative abilities automatically. I can hardly listen to Sam's music because he throws up such high walls and makes it impossible to establish a relationship with him. His right. Mine to remove him from the library.
Well said, Mr. Kloss, and I couldn't agree more. Perhaps it seemed like a good idea at the time (while drunk), but, hopefully, one must wake up and sober up at some point in time, and re-examine their "creation". Just because it was captured on tape (or whatever medium) doesn't necessarily mean it should be kept. If it doesn't stand up to the light, don't slap the tag "art" on it and besmirch the rest of the artistic community with this type of insult. This is just a large, formerly steaming but now tepid pile of excrement, in my opinion. 12-stringer (talk/contribs)

Press

Well we've been getting some press lately which is nice. Its all for the visual side of THE TENTACLES, the sonic side is still toiling in obscurity. We made a couple of papers, even made the front page of one. Last night we got interviewed by HDTV which I gather is some kind of television station with high definition programing. I'm sure my greasy mug will look great on your giant plasma screen. Anyway, that's it for now.
I wonder if anyone reads this blog, or am I just talking to myself. I wonder if I care.
